AE Van de Vliet BV - AE Weighing Systems has specialized in calibrated mobile weighing systems for a wide range of professional applications for 25 years.
Almost all of the applications you’ll find on our website are weighing systems that meet European calibration standards. This means that the recorded weights may be used to charge customers directly based on weight.
Calibrated weighing systems for trucks
In consultation with the truck manufacturer, we equip various types of trucks with a calibrated weighing system. This allows you to accurately determine the weight of your product on-site and bill the customer directly.
In addition to trucks, we can also equip other types of equipment—such as forklifts, wheel loaders, cranes, and loading platforms—with a calibrated weighing system.
Data Processing and Track & Trace
In addition to the weighing system, we also offer processing of all weighing data. This can be done through the onboard computer software, a web service, and AE Track & Trace software, among other options.
Accredited for the inspection and re-inspection of weighing systems
AE Van de Vliet is authorized to conduct European initial inspections, specifically CE-047 (NAWI) and CE-228 (AWI), and inspections of equipment in service in the Netherlands, specifically EK-1257, under the authority of the NMI.
For re-inspections in Belgium, we hold a certificate of recognition for the re-calibration of non-automatic and automatic weighing instruments. In addition, we are accredited by BELAC in accordance with ISO 17020, No. 277INSP.
All of our products are developed in-house. We build the entire weighing system from the electronic schematic, circuit board, software, and mechanical design all the way through to the final calibration and verification. This allows us to easily implement customer-specific modifications.
