Calibrated Weighing System for Truck Cranes

Weighing system on a truck-mounted crane

In a weighing system on a truck-mounted crane, the weighing element is mounted at the head of the crane. The crane hook and any attachments, such as a rotator, geoblock, or grab bucket, can be mounted beneath the weighing element.

By determining the weight during normal loading and unloading operations, the cargo can be weighed directly using the truck-mounted crane. This eliminates the need for a separate weighbridge.

Easy operation from the faucet

The first and second weighings can be performed using a separate pushbutton or via an existing function on the crane's control panel. This allows the operator to perform the weighings quickly and easily while operating the crane.
