Weighing Systems for Waste Compaction Trucks
Automatically record the amount of waste loaded per customer, even when the waste is dropped off manually. When combined with AE 67 data processing, you gain control over who loaded what, where, when, and how much.
Continuous Weighing System Under the Container System
A continuous weighing system for shipping containers weighs the entire container and individual sub-loads that are loaded, for example, using a truck-mounted crane. The system is particularly well-suited for the accurate recording of successive loads.
Container-Mounted Load-Sensing System
The load-sensing weighing system determines the weight of large shipping containers directly on the vehicle. This allows loaded products to be accurately weighed and recorded for each customer.
Fixed weighing system under the discharge container
This weighing system is permanently integrated beneath the shipping container and records both the total container weight and individual loads. Even manually loaded products are automatically weighed.
Weighing System for Manure Transport

Calibrated weighing system for dump trucks
With this system, the entire upper structure of the dump truck is weighed beneath the dump hinge and the lifting cylinder. The difference between the first and second weighings determines the net weight of the loaded or unloaded cargo.
Gantry-type alarm system for container weighing
The weighing sensors are mounted above the chains of the loading system. By weighing the empty container when it is unloaded and the full container when it is picked up, the net weight of the load is determined.
Weighing system on a truck-mounted crane
The weighing device is mounted at the head of the truck crane, above the crane hook and any attachments. The first and second weighings can be performed using a push button or an existing function on the crane controls.
Weighing system on a tailgate

Dynamic Weighing System for Backhoes and Front-End Loaders
The gross weight is automatically measured during the upward movement, and the tare weight during the downward movement. This allows the net weight to be calculated without delay, potentially in conjunction with RFID container recognition.
Dynamic Weighing System for Wheel Loaders
The weight is automatically recorded as the loading arm rises. This allows a truck to be loaded accurately on-site and enables the use of a calibrated reading for billing and COPRO applications.
Dynamic Weighing System for Container Stackers
Containers are weighed automatically during the container stacker’s normal lifting motion. The European-calibrated Class Y(b) version is suitable for determining the gross weight in accordance with SOLAS requirements.
Calibrated weighing forks for forklifts
Class III European-calibrated weighing forks are used to weigh goods directly during internal transport. The robust FEM II and FEM III models are designed for harsh conditions and lifting capacities of up to 5 metric tons.
Front-Mounted Weighing Units for Forklifts

Approved weighing systems for SOLAS
Our certified weighing systems determine the verified gross weight of loaded containers. This provides you with reliable weight data for VGM registration in accordance with applicable SOLAS regulations.
Data Processing in Trucks
Weighing data is stored in a personal customer database via a secure web service. New orders can be sent to the truck, and track-and-trace allows vehicles and loaded weights to be tracked from the office.
Processing Weighing Data at the Office
View, manage, and export all recorded weighing data from a central application. The data can be transferred to external databases, accounting software, and other business applications in standard or custom formats.
Inspection and re-inspection of calibrated weighing systems
AE Van de Vliet is authorized to certify NAWI and AWI weighing instruments for use in Europe and to recertify them in Belgium and the Netherlands. Calibrated retail scales can also be recertified at the workshop in Turnhout.
