Dynamic Weighing System for Backhoes and Front-End Loaders

With a dynamic weighing system installed on the loading platform, the weighing process is fully automated. The gross weight is determined during the upward movement, and the tare weight during the downward movement. Based on both measurements, the system automatically calculates the net weight of the contents.

Automatic weighing without wasting time

Because the container is weighed during the normal lifting motion, the loading time is not delayed. The driver does not need to perform any separate action for this.

This dynamic weighing method is primarily used in door-to-door waste collection. The weighing system can be linked to an RFID identification system, so that each container is automatically identified and its net weight can be accurately recorded.
